Audiovisual Equipment:
The SCCSS cannot accommodate requests for AV equipment. There will be no screens or overheads in each room. You will have to provide your own equipment.

All session participants are required to pay the registration fees for the annual conference by the pre-registration deadline date, September 15, 2008.

Statement of Intent:
Please do not submit a proposal if you are not able to adhere to the following policy. By submitting this electronic proposal, you agree to the following:

Should this proposal be accepted: 
1.  I agree on behalf of all persons listed in this proposal to conduct this session on whatever day and time it is scheduled (Friday or Saturday). 

2. I will ensure that all presenters are registered for the annual conference by the registration deadline. 

3. I understand that it will be my responsibility to notify all presenters regarding the status of the proposal and the date, time, and location of the session should it be accepted. 

4. I understand that as a presenter for the conference I serve on a contributing basis and am required to register by the deadline of SEPTEMBER 15, 2008. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of my session. 

5. I also understand that I will not be reimbursed for travel, audiovisual equipment, participant materials, or conference registration. I am a member in good standing with the SCCSS.
