Base fee:
  • Registration includes conference registration (10/3-10/4/14)and ONE year membership in SCCSS.
  • Registration conference registration (10/3-10/4/14) and ONE Year student membership to SCCSS.

The South Carolina Council for the Social Studies Annual Conference will be held Friday, 3 October, 2014- Saturday, 4 October 2014 at the South Carolina State Museum in Columbia, SC. 

Thursday, October 2, 2014 Pre-conference Options
8:30 AM-3 PM- SCCSS and SC Council of History Educators presents "Woodrow Wilson, Columbia, and Reconstruction"
Pre-registration is required- Members $20.00, Non-Members $35.00- limited to 25 participants

3:00 PM- Walking Tour Option 1- Main Street 
($8.00 pre-registration is required, includes transportation from the conference hotel to the tour site)

3:00 PM- Walking Tour Option 2- Historic Heart of Columbia  ($8.00 pre-registration is required, includes transportation from the conference hotel to the tour site)

Thursday, October 2, 2014 Evening Registration/Reception
- Join us at the South Carolina State Museum Thursday evening for early registration and reception 6:30-8:30 PM in Vendor/Exhibitor area- Windows to New Worlds atrium.

- 2:15-5:15 PM-- Concurrent Sessions
- 5:00- 6:30 PM—Vendor/Exhibitor Reception in Windows to New Worlds atrium
